Older Adult Programs
By attending and participating in our programs, older adults in the Town of Erin and Guelph-Eramosa Township will be provided with the assistance they need to live as happy, healthy, contributors to our vibrant community.
Our Adult Day Program (ADP) promotes wellness and dignity for adults with physical, cognitive, social, medical and mental health issues through the provision of activities, socialization, nutrition and quality care; while providing respite support for caregivers of older adults. Our Community PSW program provides care to our clients in their home.
We aim to provide client centered care with a focus on community integration and intergenerational programming.
For active adults aged 55 and over, we offer planned social and recreational programs that allow our rural community opportunities to stay active, healthy and socially connected with people their own age.
We offer warm and welcoming spaces for adults to socialize and take part in meaningful activities in Erin/Hillsburgh and Rockwood communities.
Consider volunteering in the ADULT DAY PROGRAM or as a BUS VOLUNTEER.
